Submit the original power of attorney from the consignee to the forwarder at Milestone Agency LLC, 2nd floor, office 25, 21 Pogranichnaya St., Vladivostok, or send it via electronic document exchange.

Coordinate with the shipper to ensure timely issuance of the Telex Release, surrender of the original Bill of Lading, or SWB (Sea Waybill).

Inform the shipping line who will pay the freight charges (if the shipment is on Collect terms).
